Our History
We were born in 1988 to add greater value to the coverage of executive positions and help organizations anticipate future challenges. In 1992, we created the Talent area to evaluate and grow internal knowledge. In 1996, we opened an office in Madrid. In 2021, we co-founded Smart Force to add Artificial Intelligence to the selection and development of talent.
